Since the beginning of The Divine Isles, we have always prioritised the community in our gamemodes and events. Our goal is to ensure that all players are properly welcomed, safe, and have a good time while using our services.
As our community expands, you will meet people from various countries, cultures, and backgrounds, and you will be able to play and interact with them on our servers. In light of this, we've created official guidelines to help ensure that everyone gets along and understands one another. This applies to all of our services and community platforms.
On anything Divine Isles officially runs and manages, all players are expected to follow these rules at all times.
❕ All rules are checked on a regular basis and are constantly updated; it is your responsibility as a player to stay up to date on these rules, including any changes made to them. Staff, Admins, and Owners use their discretion to punish those who do not follow the rules listed. If you believe you have been wrongfully punished, please complete our punishment appeal form so that your punishment can be reviewed. All staff members punish fairly based on evidence gathered or directly witnessing the offence being committed.
? Documentation listed are what The Divine Isles uses to moderate our services effectively, see more below.
Spamming in any form, including keyboard mashing, repeated messages, excessive capitalization, and character drag, should be avoided at all times. Pinging members at random or on a large scale should also be avoided and kept to a minimum, whether friends or not.
If a member of our community requests that they not be pinged, please respect their wishes at all times.

Mild swearing is permitted, but never in a derogatory manner towards another person. Swearing at someone, whether a friend or a joke, is not appropriate and will be dealt with appropriately.
We recommend that you keep your swearing to a minimum, and any messages with stronger swear words or sexual connotation will be deleted.
❕Words that are considered too strong or inappropriate will be blocked by our filter automatically with a notification to our team. Bypassing the filter to say blacklisted words will result in a consequence for evading our filter system.
Rioting is where the general environment on our services and community spaces have been disturbed by advocating for or against a particular issue in an aggressive manner. This includes drama between individuals or advocating for a player to be punished publicly in our community. We ask you to not disturb other players on the network and keep the environment positive and healthy.
To suggest feedback on The Divine Isles, please go to our Discord or alternatively go to our Report a Bug and Report a Player pages on our website. If you have been punished and are wanting your punishment to be potentially pardoned or shortened please fill out our appeal form.
Under no circumstances should you be disrespectful to staff or other members. If a player complains about your behaviour and asks you to stop, please do so. This may interfere with someone's server experience.

Your Minecraft account is entirely your responsibility; if it has been compromised, please notify us immediately. If we suspect that your account has been compromised, it will be temporarily banned.
❕Compromission of the account occurs due to a weak account password. Make sure to use a strong password and enable 2 Factor Authentication (2FA).
Do not try to avoid bans or other forms of punishment. This will result in a permanent ban from our servers.
Certain gamemodes require extra rulings to ensure the game can be played properly. These rulings apply to the specific gamemode only and not to the whole network.
Please do not build any type of machine that will cause a lot of lag. This will have an impact on everyone's server experience. Large farms that require a lot of redstone, such as guardian farms or 0 tick farms, are forbidden.
Stealing or griefing another's build is not tolerated, whether within or outside of a claim.
❕To prevent this, use the claiming mechanic on our servers.
