These terms and conditions govern the use of thedivineisles.net (the "Site"). The Site is operated by The Divine Isles Team (the "Staff, "Admins", "Developers", "Team"), Seth Sheard (also known as "SethSpiltButter_") and Erin Rotchford (also known as "ilyErin") (the "Owners") and is hosted by NamelessHosting.com (the "Host"). This website is an information, forum and form submission website here to provide information, updates, application submission for our users to use in relation to our Minecraft server (the "Server"). This Site can be accessed by any visitor or account holder (the "User").
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Seth Sheard, Erin Rotchford and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files on the Site. The template used on the Site was provided by the Host for free under the free plan through the Host's service therefore is owned by the Host. Anything created by another User that isn't apart of the Team is not considered apart of the intellectual property and is their responsibility.
The minimum age to use our Site is 13 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 13 years old. We do not assume any responsibility for false statements about age and if known will be delt with accordingly through Site account termination.
As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:

Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site;

Whilst you may be informed of any changes, it is your responsibility to check these terms and the rules at any point.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of England.

All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of the Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
